The short version
Food safety rules mean we cannot restock opened product. Unopened bottles and boxes can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Anything that arrives damaged or wrong is replaced free, no return shipment needed.
Unopened product
Write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. Once the unopened product reaches us with seals intact, we refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is on you.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a replacement immediately. We do not ask you to courier food back to us.
Quality promise
If a bottle does not smell the way fresh product should, we want to know about the batch. Tell us the batch code printed near the base and we will make it right.
